Company

Pylox Forge LLC is an applied AI company founded in November 2025, based in Florida with a production footprint in Montréal. We build private AI systems for businesses and run them on the business's own hardware. We own our Grace Blackwell and Jetson systems and rent B200, H100 and RTX Pro 6000 cards when a run needs them.

How an engagement runs

1. ScopeA scoping call and an evaluation set you supply, agreed in writing. No training before the eval set exists.
2. BaselineA baseline run on your current setup, measured the way the final result will be.
3. BuildTraining or tuning on our hardware or yours. On-prem work stays inside your network over a private link; training data does not leave it.
4. ProveA results table with the regime stated: your baseline, our result, the hardware, the date, the command that reproduces it.
5. Hand overWeights, scripts and the rerun command are yours. We retain no rights in client adapters and require no exclusivity.
6. OperateIf you want us to run it: change control with rollback, encrypted nightly backups with weekly restore tests, hardware watchdogs, response times in the contract.

Your policy. Your weights. Your infrastructure.

Your compliance team writes the rules. Your legal team approves the training data. Your product team defines refusal behaviour. We train what you specify and deliver weights that follow your policy, on hardware you control. On a fine-tuning engagement the Pilot-Fit Guarantee applies: the model outperforms your current baseline on the agreed evaluation set, or the setup fee is refunded.
